Refund and Returns Policy

Failure to provide an accurate address or addressee which results in Royal Mail returning the package to us will be refunded minus postage fee paid and a £55 administration charge.

Policy Overview

Our returns and refunds policy includes the following:

  1. Full Refunds: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return if you change your mind. Products must remain unopened and sealed, and you must contact us within this 14-day period. We also offer refunds only after good were posted and got lost during delivery.

  2. Faulty Goods: Notify us immediately if your order arrives faulty or damaged. If a fault develops after use, you have 14 days to inform us. For eligible cases, we offer a free replacement, credit note, or refund. If you paid for RM Tracked 24 shipping and request a refund, a partial shipping refund will be applied.

  3. Shipping Costs: Refunds are based on the lowest-cost shipping method. If you chose RM Tracked 24, only a partial shipping refund is available.


Full Refunds and Change of Mind

If you change your mind about an order:

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item, unopened and sealed. You are responsible for return shipping.
  • If your order hasn’t been shipped, contact us to cancel for a full refund.
  • If the order has shipped but not arrived, wait to receive it, then return it unopened.

Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in these cases:

  • The item is returned in damaged or incomplete condition, not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us immediately, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
  • If a product develops a fault within 14 days of opening, notify us as soon as possible.
  • If the fault is confirmed, we will provide instructions for a free return. You do not need a printer for the return label.
  • For issues beyond 14 days, we will still assist with the fault if it’s determined to be a manufacturing defect. For faults due to user error, we cannot replace or refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if chosen. If no fault is found, the original item will be sent back.


Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items

Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Sales of Goods Act.
